Information we collect
TactiqPro processes account identity, club and team membership, player profiles, attendance, training, match, formation, tactic, notification, and governance records needed to operate your club workspace.
How information is used
Information is used to provide team management features, secure tenant access, maintain audit evidence, support player development, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not use club data for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Active business records are retained while needed by the club. Approved erasure requests remove covered business records after a verified archive is created. Security, audit, and compliance evidence may be retained separately when required for legal accountability. Recovery snapshots follow the approved 24-hour recovery point objective.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of personal information and may appeal or withdraw a request where applicable. Requests are identity-checked, scoped to the correct club, and targeted for completion within 30 days.
How to make a request
Contact your club owner, manager, or coach and ask them to submit a player data request from Data Governance in Settings. A different club owner must approve portability or erasure before processing.
Children and youth players
Clubs must have lawful authority to process youth player information. Where COPPA applies, verifiable parental consent is required for children under 13. In the EEA or UK, authorization from a person with parental responsibility is required below the applicable digital-consent age, including under 16 where local law requires. Parents, guardians, and eligible players may request access, correction, portability, or deletion through the club’s governed request process.
Security and service providers
TactiqPro uses role-based access, tenant isolation, governed writes, recovery controls, and immutable evidence retention. Base44 provides application hosting and platform-managed browser and transport protections; approved services such as Supabase and Sentry support archival and incident operations.
